(PT) Preparo: Pre aqueca o forno a 350F. Cubra com papel aluminio e em seguida coloque no forno por 2 horas, apos esse periodo retirar o papel aluminio e retornar ao forno por mais 30 minutos.
(EN) Preparation: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with aluminum foil and then bake for 2 hours. After this time, remove the foil and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.

(PT) Sugetion: Assar numa forma, utilizar dois cálices de vinho tinto, ervas e batata. 
(EN) Sugetão: Bake in a pan, use two glasses of red wine, herbs and potatoes.
